Use your practice settings to keep your coach profile up to date and organise families with simple internal labels.

This guide is for coaches who use the coach portal or the mobile coach experience.

Practice owners and organisation administrators may have additional permission to change the practice name. Team labels are shared across the practice.

• Change your display name and profile picture.
• Change the practice name, if you have permission.
• Create a shared list of team labels.
• Assign one label to a family.
• Filter the family list by label.

1. Open the account area in the coach portal or mobile coach menu.
2. Update your name.
3. Choose a new profile picture, or remove the current one.
4. If you are a practice owner, update the practice name when needed.
5. Save your changes.

Your new name and picture should appear across the coach experience after the save completes. Profile pictures are private and are shown only where the signed-in user has permission to see them.

Team labels can represent a team, pod, lead coach, or any other way your practice organises its work.

1. Open the team-label settings from the coach account area.
2. Add the labels your practice needs.
3. Rename a label when the wording changes.
4. Remove labels that are no longer used.

A practice can keep up to 25 labels. Each label can contain up to 40 characters. Extra spaces are tidied automatically, and labels that differ only by capital letters count as duplicates.

When you rename a label, families using it move to the new label. When you remove a label, those families become unlabelled.

1. Open the family list.
2. Find the family you want to organise.
3. Choose one of the saved team labels, or choose the no-label option.
4. Use the label filter to show a smaller part of the family list.

• Team labels are for your practice's internal organisation. Families do not see them.
• A label does not change who can view or support a family.
• Labels do not create coach accounts or separate a practice into private teams.
• You can label only families you are currently allowed to support.
• Changing the practice name is limited to authorised practice owners.

• If a picture will not upload, try a smaller image or choose another common image format.
• If a label will not save, check that it is not blank, duplicated, too long, or over the practice limit.
• If a family cannot be labelled, confirm that you still have active access to that family.
• If a change does not appear, refresh the page and try again.
