Family Home brings the selected baby's everyday care into one place. It shows quick links to trackers, recent activity and useful family updates.

• Family members using their own account.
• Authorized coaches viewing a supported family in the mobile app.

At the top of Home you will see the selected baby's name and image. Below it are shortcuts for:

• Breastfeed;
• Bottles;
• Sleep;
• Nappies;
• Pumping;
• Medication; and
• Solids.

Each visible shortcut shows when that type of activity was last recorded, or No logs yet. You may also see an Allergy Ladders shortcut, an invitation from a coach, running timers or an available app update.

Use the baby switcher in the family menu when your account has more than one baby. The chosen baby is also used by tracking, Analysis, reminders and Allergy Ladders.

Family members can select the baby image on Home to edit that baby's profile. Coaches viewing a family can switch between existing babies, but their choice does not change the family's saved selection.

Select a tracker card to open it for the current baby. You can then use its quick entry, timer or full form, depending on the activity type.

The Latest Activity area groups records by Today, Yesterday or date. It shows a short summary and any note preview. Sleep groups also show the total sleep recorded for that day.

1. Select a row to view or edit it when you have permission.
2. Use Load more activity to see older records.
3. If loading more fails, the records already on screen remain available.

Open Choose Activities on Home to show or hide each tracker and the Allergy Ladder bubble.

Hiding a shortcut does not delete its old records and does not stop you from using that tracker elsewhere. Hidden trackers are also left out of the main Analysis navigation. If you hide every shortcut, Home explains how to add them back.

Only a family member using their own account can change these choices. A coach sees the family's saved layout but cannot alter it.

• A pending coach invitation can appear on Home. Review the details and consent before accepting, or decline it.
• Running Breastfeed, Sleep and Pumping timers remain available as floating controls while you move around the app.
• When a downloaded app update is ready, an Update action may appear. Use it to restart into the new version.

These account-level actions are hidden when a coach is viewing the family.

A banner identifies the family and family timezone and provides an option to exit the view. The coach sees only information allowed by the current support relationship. Editing depends on the coach's permissions, and family account settings are not shown.

• No baby is shown: open the family menu and add or select a baby.
• Home says it is showing cached data: the displayed information may be older. Reconnect and choose Retry before making decisions based on it.
• An image will not load: the app falls back to a baby icon; retry after checking your connection.
• A record changed while you were editing: reload it before saving so you do not overwrite newer information.
• Coach view stops working: the support relationship or permission may have changed. Exit the view and check the family in the coach portal.
